I would like to emphasize that the site does not violate Russian legislation and is not included in any official block lists. In this regard, I ask you to consider changing the IP address for the site in order to restore access for users. Thank you in advance for your help and understanding.

This won’t happen. If it was possible the blocked site would also change its IP address and eventually all Cloudflare IP addresses would be blocked. Usually blocking of CDN IP addresses are lifted quickly when the wider effect is seen.
