I tried to install the certificate on another server, but nothing worked either.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Install 3x-ui from the official github repository, then follow the instructions for adding a certificate using cloudflare. I did the same on another machine and everything worked, but after the crash I had to do everything again and now I can’t get a certificate.

Unable to install certificate on 3x - ui- May I know which certificate this script is trying to download? Cloudflare offers Edge certificates, Client certificates, and Origin certificates. You can’t download the Edge certificate, as it will never leave Cloudflare.
