I can't do anything in my account

Hi,

I’ve just created a new Cloudlfare account and I can’t access anything, billing, domains, Zero trust, getting authentication 1000 error code in the dashboard, and 403, cant add any users, even though I’m a “Super Admin” this is crazy! I know there’s some cloudflare API issues but I can’t even add a payment. Also when trying to add a stie I get a “Requires permission “com.cloudflare.api.account.zone.create” to create zones for the selected account” then when I go to “register a new domain” I get a 403. What is going on?

Can you try again from incognito mode @user2187 and let us know if you’re encountering the issue?

Hey Thanks! That worked, but why? I cleared history and cookies before I posted so not sure I understand why it didn’t work in the regular browser.

I suspect it will, I did some changes on you account on the backend, it appears your assigned permissions fell out of sync with your actual permissions.

Can you give it a try now? Perhaps clear cache & cookies and/or try incognito mode.
