my website is having severe issues so in order to debug the problem I wanted to disconnect from Cloudflare DNS.
My nameserver points to the hosting nameservers and I removed my domain for my Cloudflare account but if I try to reconnect to Cloudflare DNS through cPanel on my hosting provider I keep having this error message that “Cloudflare is already activated for “orrorea33giri.com” under a different account”
I checked and it seems that the website points to the hosting DNS
I’m not sure what is going on and my hosting provider (Siteground) can’t help as they told me to remove the Cloudflare nameservers but obviously I can’t. Any sugestion ?
That domain is not using Cloudflare. Not Cloudflare name servers, and not Cloudflare proxy servers. So it’s disconnected.
So the issue is that you want to connect to Cloudflare now?
If you have a Cloudflare account where you set up your domain, you can use the Overview screen for that domain and then “Remove Site From Cloudflare” in the lower right corner.
If you don’t have access to the Cloudflare account with that domain on it, use which ever Cloudflare account you have access to and open a ticket. Since it won’t let you pick that domain, pick any domain you have, but let them know the domain in question.
