I can't delete any of my Pages sites

In the Cloudflare dashboard, when I try to delete any of my Pages sites, I get:

An unknown error occured. Contact your account team or Cloudflare 
support: https://cfl.re/3WgEyrH. (Code: 8000000)

I can’t delete the projects.

When I went to https://cfl.re/3WgEyrH it took me here. It said I can’t ask support questions when I’m on a Free plan…even though I’m not on a free plan.
