I can't delete a member (under Manage Account)

As stated in the title: I can’t delete a member (under Manage Account) that I added previously - the user just doesn’t show up in the list

I can’t delete a member (under Manage Account) that I added previously - the user just doesn’t show up in the list. I can see the user in Zero Trust but have no option to delete it. What could be the issue?

Are you on the zero trust dashboard one.dash.cloudflare.com or on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/members?

On dash.Cloudflare. com/?to=/:account/members I can’t see that user on the list (only my account shows up), while on one.dash.Cloudflare. com I see that user but don’t have the option to delete the user under “Actions”.
