I can't connect to sites using Cloudflare anymore on my device

When I go to a site using Cloudflare, it tells me “Checking if the site connection is secure” and then, the loading circle does not end and I get stuck in this situation.
My connection hasn’t any problems and everthing was working fine few days ago.
It works when I try to connect to a site with my phone (which has the same connection and the same account) but not with my Xbox which I use very regularly to go to certain sites.
I’ve tried switching accounts or logging out but it’s still telling me the same thing, I feel like it’s my console that’s been completely banned or something like that.
I really don’t know how to get out of this.

May I ask if that’s your website which you do manage, or?

After you disabled “I am under an attack mode” → I’d suggest you to rather use Page Rules and for specific webpages like “chechout” to choose Security Level and set it to “High”, have you tried to clear the cache at Cloudflare by navigating to the Caching → Configuration and clicking on the button “Purge Everything”? :thinking:

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?
Do you use any particular anti-virus software or some kind of an Web browser extension?

This isn’t my own website.

I don’t think I can change to another Web browser since i’m using Microsoft Edge.
I’ve tried to clear my cache and use a Private window but nothing changed.
I can’t use a VPN on this device.
It’s the same behaviour on my mobile phone, it is connected to the same WiFi box.
I don’t use any anti-virus software or any Web browser extension.

I don’t know to reproduce exactly the suggestion on this device and even though, the issue isn’t on only 1 page or website but multiple of them.
