I can't connect to email, subdomains, or Bluehost cPanel - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Countless phone call with BH to no avail
Escalated the case, to no avail
Tried something from more tech doc’s & YT vids than I can remember

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

It’s been happening on my computer for a week from:

• Home wifi - ISP Telus
• Office wifi - ISP Rogers
• Shop wifi - ISP Shaw
• Coffee shop wifi - ISP Bell
• 2 Clients wifi - ISP unknown
• the only time it works is when connected to my phone as a mobile hotspot - ISP Telus

• https://mail.hammerheadbs.com 301-redirects to hammerheadbs-com and loads the site at my end.
• smdc.hammerheadbs.com has no IP address so http(s) doesn’t work.
• https://store.hammerheadbs.com works and loads a different site

-I have had multiple calls with BH tech support with no resolution.

‘box2350’ subdomain is my Bluehost hosting account, the IP address is: 50.87.196.244
The following:

• mail.hammerheadbs.com
• smdc.hammerheadbs.com
• store.hammerheadbs.com
  and all of my other sites on this shared hosting share the same IP address: 50.87.196.244

Yes the screenshots shot https://box2350.bluehost.com:2083, it doesn’t matter which subdomain I go to, or any of the 6 other websites I host on this shared hosting, they all result in the same error screen, as well as when I try to go from my Bluehost account login site to the cPanel, which the link is to the aforementioned box2350.bluehost.com
