I suggest you to check your network connections, check for conflicting VPNs.
After that I would check device settings, update WARP app.
If the issue persist, clear DNS cache, reinstall WARP.
After all that troubleshooting, if remains with the issue, I would generate a diagnostic report and share the logs with Cloudflare Support so they can investigate.
