I think that the problem here is with DNS record configuration. Please try to apply the following steps and they may help you:
Check the DNS records for your domain in the Cloudflare dashboard.
Go to the DNS tab for your domain and make sure that the CRM system’s required DNS records (usually A record, CNAME, MX record) are correctly configured.
If the CRM requires specific records, make sure they are added to your DNS settings.
And also, please check the CRM provider’s documentation (Go High Level) for the DNS records required to connect the domain. Sometimes, CRM systems have specific DNS settings and requires you to configure SPF, DKIM, or other mail-related records.
Go to the “DNS checker org” for checking any errors while DNS records are propagating properly.
Maybe, you try to clear your cache > you can go to “Caching” Tab > “Purge Everyting”. It helps for the recent DNS changes to take place.
