I can't connect Gmail to the hosting mail

For an hour I couldn’t connect Gmail to the hosting mail. According to the hosting there can be two problems; Mobile and Cloudflare.

I saw that Cloudflare has an email option, maybe I can fix it. Can you give me any guides for email address and how to connect Gmail?

What is your hosting mail? If you have DNS records related to email sending/reciving then you need to make sure they are

I switched to Bluehost hosting.
