The domain ifsdebtpros.com is currently hosting it’s DNS at ClouldFlare with the following NameServers (set at GoDaddy the Registrar);

sky.ns.cloudflare.com
toby.ns.cloudflare.com

The Cloudflare account that you are logging in with for this domain under your email address [email protected] shows different NameServers that are not active.

You will need to contact Cloudflare and have them get you into the correct account for ifsdebtpros.com with the active NameServers listed above. Once you can access the correct Zone in Cloudflare you can schedule a new session with me to make changes to your DMARC, SPF, and DKIM records for email delivery."

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Just look at the zones and see it isn’t what I want.

Cloudflare won’t give you access to an account you can’t log in to.

First try logging out of the dashboard and selecting “Forgot your email”. Otherwise look for old emails from Cloudflare to an email address that you used in the account where your domain is currently active.

If that doesn’t work you’ll need to take control of the DNS by changing the nameservers at Godaddy to point to the nameservers allocated to the domain in the Cloudflare account you are logging in to.
