I can't change the payment method to renew a domain

I can’t change the payment method to renew a domain, yes or if it forces me to pay with a card that is no longer used but I can’t replace the card it says the payment is being handled by a partner and I am the partner and still So I can’t change the payment method.

I am having issues and I am very worried about losing access to the domain. It expired on June 7th, and I haven’t been able to renew it because I can’t change the credit card for the payment. The platform insists on charging the card ending in 9880, which no longer exists and I cannot use. I have even changed the credit card in “billing - payments,” but when I try to renew the domain, it says it will charge the card ending in 9880 and does not use the card I have set in the billing section of my account.

After 15 days, the ticket support couldn’t resolve my problem or provide a reason why I couldn’t change my credit card details to make the payment. (It is worth mentioning that the system allowed me to change the card details in billing, but at the moment of payment, the details of my previous card still appeared with no possibility of changing them).

I was able to resolve it thanks to sending an email to [email protected] requesting that they make the account in question independent. Within 2 hours, they responded to my email informing me that they had made the billing for the account independent, thus solving my problem.
