I can't change billing Email address

I can’t change billing Email Address. and here’s message.
“For security reasons, there is a problem with your billing profile. Contact [email protected] for assistance. (Code: 1292)” and I can’t use my old email address because its mail server shut down the other day. What should I do?

Are you able to open a ticket in the dashboard following these steps? You should be able to track it online if you can’t access the email.

Login & go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?account=support and select get more help. Make sure you select Billing as the category. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.
