I am trying to add my domain hoicongchunghcm.org.vn to my Cloudflare account. I get this error message: “Failed to lookup registrar and hosting information of hoicongchunghcm.org.vn at this time. Please contact Cloudflare Support or try again later.”

We have another recent issue adding a .vn zone but I think the issue you’re facing is different. I see the nameservers are set to cloudflare DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool and teh zone is deleted from your account (meaning at one point you were able to add it). I suspect the best route to get this re-added is to contact your registrar, revert the nameservers to their default, ensure they are responsive. After that you should be able to re-add the domain, this guide will help troubleshoot
