I don’t want to write about what problems you can experience with Cloudflare, how much patience you need for this service. What I will write about in subsequent articles.
I recently bought a PRO plan for my domain, paid from July 19 to August 19, 2024, even though today is August 2, I still use the FREE Plan.
Support does not respond to my messages at all.
Moreover, when adding help via Cloudflare support and going to the link provided by Cloudflare, an error appears,
I can’t add new domains because I have unpaid bills.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Please note, from March 2024 Cloudflare solves my issue of adding new domains to the dashboard. When I add a new domain and when selecting a plan, an error appears that I have an unpaid invoice.
After switching to the Invoices system, I have all paid.
It’s August and I’ve only received two messages during this time.
In the first one, they have a problem with Invoices on the Cloudflare side.
The second message I received asked me to clear cookies on my computer.
Even though I changed my computer to another one, this problem still occurred.
You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.

Can anyone help me, I bought a domain and add it to the Panel, but I get the same error every time. I wrote to support 2 months ago!!! No response to date…
What is your ticket number? Did you open that via the dash or attempt to do so via email? Email tickets are not an option which may be why you did not get a reply.
What is the name of that domain? Did you purchase it from cloudflare?
Thank you, there are a few issues and I suspect my colleagues in Support will need to assist.
First, the website in question shows as purged in the account you are using here.
Next, the nameservers assigned to the account you are using here stopped showing up about 2 months ago, I suspect around the time it was removed from your account. https://securitytrails.com/ history when viewed using a free ST account will show that.
I’ll loop in Support to see if they can assist on your ticket.

Should I just change the operator to another one? I have been waiting for several months for a solution to my problem with adding domains! Even though I have everything paid, I receive information that I have an invoice to pay. After sending several emails to support, I never received a response. HELLO, DOES ANYONE WORK THERE!!!
I am checking on this now and have asked the billing team to look at it. I’ve reopened the topic and merged them in order to track where we have replied.
