What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m trying to add a Domain administrator to one of my domains, and facing this error

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Go to my account
  • Manage account → Members → Invite Members
  • Add colleague email (that has also a Cloudflare account), specific domain and Domain Administrator rol
  • Trying to send the invite raises the error 1005

I also writed to support, following this instructions Can't add new member to my account with admin roles - #3 by domjh, with the number ticket #01059200 without any response
