When I want to add the hasvet.az domain to Cloudflare, I encounter an error as in the image. What should I do for the solution?

When adding a domain to Cloudflare it needs to have working nameservers before Cloudlfare will allow it to be added. Your domain currently has no nameservers assigned at your registrar.
