What is the isssue you’re encountering

Trying to add new website to cloudflare and getting this error code when selecting the free plan Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone you are trying to upgrade is marked as Do Not Upgrade. (Code: 1315) This is NOT a billing issue as we do no have any payment or paid subscription setup. We are not able to create a ticket as the support section only allows us to post to the community. We tried adding another website with a different domain and it works fine.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

we tried to setup domain different times, on different browsers. The same error. We tried using a different domain and it worked fine. However on the domain strategicalliancelive com we are getting the error message

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Simply click on Add website
add domain name
select free plan
On submit we are getting error message

Ok thanks, not sure why this is a Billing issue because we do not have any invoice or subscription for our account. We are using the Free plan and do not have any payments pending.

Thanks for the link, we have created a ticket using the billing issue category and hopefully someone from team can assist in completing the website creation process.

Weird because if we try to create another website with a different domain it seems to work…
