I can't activate from plesk

Hi, when I want to activate Cloudflare from the plesk server app I get this error,

Error
Cloudflare is already activated for “bitcoin-sell.nl” under a different account. If you want to enable Cloudflare through this partner, please log in to your Cloudflare account and choose “Disconnect” on your Cloudflare DNS Settings page.

But it is no longer configured on the official website and I cannot activate it from plesk, is there any solution?

You’re saying that you’ve already removed it from the other Cloudflare account?

As a test, see if you can add that domain manually at Cloudflare. This will show if it’s a Cloudflare issue or not.

I suggest you also try the Plesk forums to see if someone there has found a way to get around this.
