Ok so the domain is hosted by Rebel.com and I have access to that. I just don’t have access to Cloudflare… not the email address or password. So, if I understand this correct, I have to create a new Cloudflare account and change the DNS to point to the new account?
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I don’t have access to the email address or the password. We have purchased the hockey team and no one in the outgoing organization knows the login information for the Cloudflare account
The fastest route to resolution is going to be to add the site to the account you are using here and change the nameservers at the domain registrar.
There are a number parties involved here. There is a domain registrar where the domain name is purchased. You need to have and control the relationship with that vendor, the details of the registrar can be seen using whois
It sounds like rebel is the hosting provider & domain registrar and you have a relationship with them. Great, great, great. That makes the process a lot less complicated.
Next, there is a hosting provider involved that you identified. Rebel.com is where the files for the site actually exists. Cloudflare sits between the origin server (at rebel.com) files/site and visitors to the site. Rebel can tell you the IP of the site to enter as the value for a DNS A (for Address) record.
Finally, there is cloudflare. That is perhaps the easiest relationship to recreate. As you cannot get access to the existing cf account, you will need to move to a new one. You’ll leave behind any existing settings and/or configuration settings in the old account but there is no way to recover those if you cannot access the old account.
