Did they share exactly what setting? Any error logs? Or any more info to help narrow this down?

It’s likely this is caused by your “max upload” config, or WAF settings. Do you see anything in your Cloudflare Firewall logs for these requests?

expect-ct is a completely unrelated header for Certificate Transparency logging: Expect-CT - HTTP | MDN. It will not be causing any issues.

Can you please check your firewall logs within Cloudflare for the URL that the upload is hitting?
