No error number, just no domains showing on dashboard

The domains I managed under hello@ no longer appear on my dashboard after the company changed my email address name to max@, same address just different name.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have refreshed, re-logged and tried to re-add the domains however as I cant access the DNS settings under hello@, I cant move them to my account (which is the same account only its name has been changed)

The domains do not show on my dashboard, and my old email login (hello@) says email not recognised on login
You need to figure out how to login to hello@ or you need to add the domains to an account where you can login and set them up again. The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. I suspect the first option using the hello@ email is the one that will help you.
