What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot access the domain on the dashboard despite me being the registered owner and I have not transferred it to any other account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to talking to support who said they would refer me to the registrar but that was about 5 days ago
