I have submitted a ticket a month ago, but the issue has not been resolved yet. I have tried using various credit cards, but I still can’t make a payment when trying to renew my domain. The system initially told me that there was an issue with PayPal, but I have since tried paying directly with credit cards. I haven’t encountered the same problem when making payments on any other websites.

After switching to incognito mode, I still cannot make the payment, and the following error persists:

I submitted the complaint 01045191, and it is still open without resolution. I am puzzled as to why I am unable to make payments with my credit cards from BoA, Chase, Citi, and all other banks.
