What is the issue you’re encountering
I cannot receive code email for access sign in with either gmail or hotmial.
May I ask have you checked how did you configure your Access policy and which are allowed? 
Hopefully, the emails aren’t on some kind of a suppression list, but if you can receive other Cloudflare emails onto them, then not.
Thanks I have received the mail now. But it is always stuck at connecting either on mobile app or windows.
