What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

As part of the Cloudflare SSL certificate renewal process, we need you to re-approve the domain xxx so that we can re-issue the SSL certificates used on our network.

If you have previously validated this domain using the HTTP DCV method, you will receive this email because:

xxx no longer resolves to Cloudflare’s edge, so we can’t automate the renewal process.
The latest CA/B forum rules have changed to state that wildcard certificates no longer allow HTTP DCV.
Please add the DNS record shown below to avoid certificate expiration (and delete the hostname if no longer in use). Your current certificate will expire on Tue Sep 10 06:56:44 +0000 2024. If you are unable to complete authentication by the expiration date, Cloudflare will remove this certificate from the edge. Please add the following TXT entry to your authoritative DNS provider:

I made sure I entered the correct TXT record in cloudflare, but I keep getting emails reminding me that I didn’t complete.

I found out that this is caused by DigiCert’s one-year certificate, but its not deleted(although DigiCert update | Cloudflare SSL/TLS docs), I don’t know if this is a false alarm or if it does cause SSL errors, since Let’s Encrypt certificates expire soon
