What is the issue you’re encountering
I can not log into Cloudflare support. I can login to the dashboard and I can create tickets. But I cannot see tickets.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have created tickets
I have requested to reset password (and no email gets to me to do this)
I have searched the help documents.
I have tried to access but the support.cloudflare directly as well as trying to go through the dashboard.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
It happens everytime I try to access support [dot] cloudflare [dot] com.

note: I am including [dot] here because the system does not let me include a lot of URLs and forces me to retype everything.
