I cannot login to my account, and cannot reset password

I can’t log in to my account, apparently because I changed my password; I don’t remember doing that. When I request to reset the password and enter the correct email, I do not receive the reset code – even as I’ve been receiving other Cloudflare emails. This is the second time this his happening in a week. The email I use with the account is [email protected].

I think this is an issue on Cloudflare’s end, not our end. I’ve checked all mail folders and I do not remember blocklisting any Cloudflare email address. I suspect that my email address was blocklisted by Cloudflare (your infamous “suppression list”, hence this.

Please assist.

I escalated this post for the attention of the Customer Support Team so they can get back to you here. I shared your ticket number here so that they can track it. It is the weekend so it there may not be any update for a couple of days.

Can you please confirm the account you registered with or the domain you have with Cloudflare?
