I cannot log in to my account

Cloudflare is where my DNS is located according to my webhost and I cannot log in to my account. I was instructed to create a new account from the only phone number I can find. But I need to address the upcoming protocols required to comply with authenticating DKIM/DMARC and I need to get into my old account.
There is no way to talk to anyone and the support online is taking me in circles. Can anyone help?

I see the website in the account you are using here as waiting to select a plan type but I do not see any prior history of the website using cloudlfare nameservers.

Can you elaborate a bit on that? I don’t see any tickets with Support from the account you are using here.

Customers on Enterprise plans have phone Support.

That’s a cloudflare number, yes? Can you share the number you called here? I suspect it’s a telemarketing sales line.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

This domain doesn’t appear to be using Cloudflare nameservers.

I just set up this new account because it said if you cannot access your old account, set up a new one.
The number I called was 888-274-3482
I will contact Dreamhost. I thank you for your time.
