I cannot delete the TXT record for a domain

I have disabled Email Routing, but when I delete a TXT record, it still says ‘This record is managed by Email Routing. Disable Email Routing to modify/remove this record.’

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried re-enabling and disabling email routing, and then deleting the TXT record, but the problem persisted. I suspect the problem is related to the domain name being an Internationalized Domain Name.

When you were disabling it (after re-enabling it), did you select the option to have the records deleted automatically (rather than deleting them yourself on the DNS screen)?

Of course, I selected the option to automatically delete the record. But the record is still locked.
Specifically, even though the DKIM record exists in the DNS record, Email Routing also displays DKIM Missing.
