I cannot check email via Microsoft Outlook

What is the issue you’re encountering

I can no longer check my email via Outlook.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I was able to check my email in Outlook before I moved my nameservers over to cloudflare.
I made sure all NAME and MX records were added. But it still doesn’t work. I can still check my email using Webmail.

Cloudflare does not proxy email traffic. All email-related DNS records need to be set to :grey: DNS Only.

* With the exception of the webmail hostname, because that’s a website that uses those /other/ email DNS records to send and receive email.

It still does not work. Here is a screenshot of my other website also hosted by bluehost and using cloudflare’s servers. I have no issues checking my email in outlook.
