I am not able to cancel my subscription. No matter what I do when I go to cancel my subscription and select my “reasons”, the Confirm button never lights up. It is always grayed out. I am not getting response to my support tickets either. How can people trust your service if you are operating almost at a scam level? Please cancel all my subscriptions.

I cannot cancel my subscription. Confirm button is grayed out no matter what I pick as reason. I will get charged for it soon and it needs to get cancelled asap.
