Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
You will need to contact your registrar to clear the holds. They set the status codes on your domain and they are the only ones who can help with this.
You’re saying that the Zone Hold is done with a feature exclusive to Enterprise Plan. What if I don’t know who the previous owner is? Should I contact my registrar for help?
