I cannot add Basic Universal Certificate to my domain

I try to add cert as usual but this domain behaves differently. The next button is disabled. Any idea?

Universal SSL is the default cert. Its toggle is in SSL/TLS → Edge Certificates, in various spots on that page. Top lists the certs, and bottom lets you Disable/Enable.

I used to see universal cert but this domain i don’t see any

and it is weird that the nameserver never resolved. Not sure if it is related.

I am seeing that your Universal Certificate has provisioned and your nameservers are now resolved. You are good to go.
