What is the issue you’re encountering
The other day I created new account on Cloudflare because I do not have the credentials and the company that registered my domain do not have the credentials to my last Cloudflare account. Upon creating new account and registering my website, I received new nameserver, and I asked my domain provider to update the nameserver on their side. My nameserver has updated but now I have new problem. When I enter the domain it directed to old website not my Wordpress website. Also I cannot access my webmail. Can anyone please advise on how I can retrieve the Wordpress site and my webmail (Error 1000 : If you are the owner of this website: you should Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for webmail.yourdomain.com to resolve to a different IP address.)
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have been communicating with my domain provider support, however not much of a progress, they only say files in my wp folder is missing. I am concerned that the WordPress files may not be easily removed or deleted simply by changing the nameservers.
