We’re facing an issue where clients are not receiving verification emails after submitting their email addresses. Since I’m unable to access the email logs, I haven’t been able to determine if the problem lies with Cloudflare’s configuration (like DNS or email routing) or if it’s on the client’s side. I need help confirming whether Cloudflare is involved in this issue.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
i did communicate with the clients and they checked their spam and they didn’t find them also i did check the domain and everything I thought we reached maximum mail users
Looks like domain is missing email related DNS records like MX and further
Which might be the reason why you’re not able to receive, nor send out emails.
Email Routing seems also not to be activated, if you’re using such Cloudflare feature.
Helpful article:
Are you using your own mail server, or rather some 3rd-party integrator like Google Workspace, MO365, etc.?, or using the Cloudflare Email Routing feature?
Were you sending emails or receiving, or both of it, and what would you like to in future?
If you’re using Email Routing feature, have you added your “destination” addresses? If so, does it mean they didn’t receive emails from Cloudflare to verify, correct?
