I can‘t add a new record

Hi there,

I want to change my A record from domain(dotcom) to mail(dot)domain(dotcom), so I can connect my domain e-mail-adress to Outlook etc., but it doesn’t work. When I try to change the record it says “A record with the same settings already exists.”
Same thing happens when I try to add the A record with mail(dot)domain(dotcom), instead of changing the domain(dotcom) record.
What do I have to do to be able to add the new record?

Please post a screenshot of all your DNS records. It’s ok to black out IP addresses.

Edit the existing mail record or delete it and then add a new one.
