I can send email, but can not receive email

dear all Cloudflare community,

i just learn about dns, and now have situation. i can send email from horde, and sent to gmail.com and live.com. but when i tried to send email from gmail.com and live.com, those email not delivered to my mail. i tried many times and always failed.

this is present setting:

did i do something wrong? or there are some configurations not completed?
