I can not view my site unless I use VPN

Hi,
When I use Cloudflare for my site, I can not view it unless I use VPN
I did what I knew, including clearing the browser cache and histories.
Of course, it should be noted that this issue has been observed on my system. It can be accessed through other systems and smartphones.
Please find out how to fix this and access my site without using VPN.
