I also attached the invoice. I paid 1 year Cloudflare by my Mastercard and my banking said the money already came to your account.
Now I want to cancel my PRO plan and get a refund. I am very dissapointed.

I already open a ticket a few days ago: #3158969.
Please check it and address the issues please

You need to open a billing ticket here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support. Once you do, please reply with the number and I can escalate it.

In my case I can’t do payment, it says they’re upgrading their billing system. maybe it is the same reason as yours?
