i can not see my cloudflare pages in my dashboard and it say that error “API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/accounts/ccace14dce3986d8abf0b110f731a91c/workers-and-pages/overview?page=1&per_page=5&sort=last_modified (503)” it happened when i was adding one how can i fix it i cant even see any thing in pags part in the dashboard

Nothing you can do, there are known issues with the dashboard and API Requests to Pages currently: Cloudflare Status - Intermittent API failures for Cloudflare Pages, Workers and Images
I would just watch that incident and wait for updates. From my experience, it is somewhat better now and loads, albeit slowly, but they’re still working on it.
