When I get ns look up it look like my dns server is in cloudflare but i can not find this domain setting in any of my accounts the name server is duke.ns.cloudflare.com and phoenix.ns.cloudflare.com. now I want to change the ip address but can not find in which account is
domain is bazdeh org
if you are the owner of the bazdeh org domain and have added the domain to your cloudflare account, then you will easily change the DNS/ip of your domain…

If you had a web developer help you with the domain, reach out to them as well in case they added the domain to their account.

That is the problem
I have tried with many emails that might be the correct email but in none of them the setting exists.
By the way I am the owner’s technical guy of the website but also some other developers were before me and I have no access to them.
That would be nice if I have a clue what is the current email account and maybe find the guy that is related.
Did you try “Forgot my email?”.
If so, and no-one you know received that email, your only option is to take control of the DNS by changing the nameservers at the registrar to another Cloudflare account or other DNS provider.
Your current records aren’t proxied anyway…
