Hello,
I am having a big problem with Cloudflare
Cloudflare locked our sites zones due to unpaid invoice of amount $813.70
My card was charged for partial payment of amount $337.50 out of $813.70
Then after about 4 months i paid the remaining dues $476.20
So the total dues now paid
I submitted a ticket to Cloudflare regarding this in 29th Oct, but still did not get any feedback
I can not add any of the 6 sites that zones are locked to the account
It shows a message that
“You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page”

Looks like nobody is there to connect me regarding the issue, and nobody is in the support portal to read the ticket i submitted
It’s unexpected to see a behavior of an American company
Can anybody suggest something
