I have checked my DNS records here, and they are just as with my old provider

I just can’t receive email

Set your mail and smtp DNS records, plus any other mail-related ones, to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”…

Your MX record points to mailserver.philosoft.co.uk, but there’s no DNS record for mailserver.

Blimey - that could have been made clearer in in the docs… and one wonders why CF imported them as proxy in the first place. No doubt there’s a good reason, but…
