I can no longer log on to my account

Up to 2-3 weeks ago, I could log on to my account with no issues.

Suddenly, a few days ago, when I tried to log on, I was asked to setup my 2FA.
I did, but then I started getting an error during the 2FA setup that my email is not verified.

Unfortunately now, I can no longer log on to send a new email verification email. But I can also not complete the 2FA setup because of the email verification issue. And because I can not complete the 2FA setup, I can no longer log on to my account.

Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, this doesnt help, I have tried everything. Support also do not respond for some reason…

It does work generally, did you get a ticket number with support? How long ago did you fill in the form?
