With the Siteground technicians we tried to access by skipping the DNS directly and verified that the problem is yours

Now even if the problem existed in Cloudflare, as far as I can tell you are not using Cloudflare yourself. It is Siteground that is using Cloudflare in its own hosting infrastructure. They are the ones who manage and control all the Cloudflare features and settings your site uses, and they’re the only ones who would have the ability to fix the problem.
If this continues to be an issue for you, I’ll recommend you request that your ticket be escalated to a senior-level technician who has a clue what they’re talking about.
