Good morning

I can no longer clear the cache. i have done all the checks with my Siteground hosting and the problem seems to be that the caching on Cloudflare does not seem to be working properly.

With the Siteground technicians we tried to access by skipping the DNS directly and verified that the problem is yours

I don’t know what that technician did, but your homepage’s HTTP response header paints a different picture. Relevant headers:

  • CF-Cache-Status: DYNAMIC: This means Cloudflare is NOT caching the page, according to this Cloudflare documentation.
  • Sg-F-Cache: BYPASS: This means the site isn’t using Siteground’s file-based cache
  • X-Proxy-Cache: HIT: This means Siteground is caching the page, according to Siteground’s own documentation.

Now even if the problem existed in Cloudflare, as far as I can tell you are not using Cloudflare yourself. It is Siteground that is using Cloudflare in its own hosting infrastructure. They are the ones who manage and control all the Cloudflare features and settings your site uses, and they’re the only ones who would have the ability to fix the problem.

If this continues to be an issue for you, I’ll recommend you request that your ticket be escalated to a senior-level technician who has a clue what they’re talking about.
