I billed 3 times for pro plan, but it is still unpaid

CODE 2046 | Declined | 2046 : TRANSACTION_REFUSED

I tried with another cc but still have same issue,please anyone what is the issue.

You should be able to open a Billing ticket in the dashboard. They’ll be able to respond tomorrow during business hours.


the 4th time amount automatically deducted from my account and paid successfully. when i get refund of my last 3 transaction ?
