I applied at realtimekit using my buessness email but my CF email is my personal on

Does this matter my buessness email has no account on it, also how long will it take

Greetings,

Thank you for asking.

Speaking from experience, any beta access is granted on a rolling basis as the product team manually approves requests. Since RealTimeKit is a beta product, so access isn’t guaranteed and there’s no set timeframe (ETA) for when you might be approved.

I’d suggest, if you need the particular functionality immediately, you might need to wait a bit more and be a bit patient while Cloudflare enrolls each of the received applications soon :crossed_fingers:

For your consideration, using a business vs private email shouldn’t make a priority nor affect the ETA of approvement. There could be thousands of applications, and all of them are manually approved requests, my best guess.

I assume the business email is not the one you are using here, is that correct? If so, you should reapply from the account you are using here so the team can verify ownership of the website you submitted on Ship real-time voice and video apps in days
