I am using Godaddy for DNS hosting and website hosting in siteground. How Cloudflare CDN will work? and where my dns records will maintained?

Most setups require Cloudflare to be your authoratitive DNS provider. In this setup you would manage all your DNS records in Cloudflare.

Cloudflare also offer a Registrar to register domains, but it does not matter if you use Cloudflare or any other registrar for that element of your DNS setup.

If you do not want to use Cloudflare for DNS you can use a Partial/CNAME setup, which requires a Business or Enterprise account.
